Sales Tax plus 8% N.J. State Room Occupancy Tax) Prices include free continental breakfast for all weekends and holidays, free beach passes, and use of Harbor Lights Pool and gas grills. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, latest check-out is at 11:00 AM. For an additional fee of $25 check-out can be extended until 6:00 PM, depending upon availability. All prices are for one or two adults - additional adults are $20 per night extra - children 13 years of age or younger stay free. One night's deposit required for all reservations. For cancellations received less than 72 hours before arrival date, deposit is not refundable. All other cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation processing fee. All rooms include phone, cable TV and refrigerator.
